Burnout is a psychological condition which is seen on an employee who should need to work in a close relationship with the customer and which is signs as depersonalization, low personal accomplishment, emotional exhaustion. In our study, we have been focused on relationship of burnout and the organizational justice which has a negative impact on the employees in family businesses. There are lots of stress sources can be seen in family businesses which become more complex with the family dinamics added. And it becomes the source of burnout which is about the ability to get rid of stress. In this study, it was intended to reveal the relationship between burnout and organizational justice. The data were collected using a questionnaire. Research was conducted in family businesses in the province of Konya. Data were analyzed by using SPSS programme. According to the survey, a significant negative correlation between organizational justice was identified with a sense of exhaustion.
