Abstract:

Endometrial dokunun uterin kavitenin dışında bulunması durumu olarak tanımlanan endometriozis sezaryen, histerektomi, apendektomi, amniyosentez gibi uterin bölgeye yakın girişimler sonrasında skar dokusunda gelişebilmektedir. Sezaryen sonrasında insizyonel endometriozis görülme sıklığı %0,03-%0,4 olarak rapor edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada biz kliniğimize pelvik bölgede kronik ağrı ile başvuran ve anamnezinde sezeryan öyküsü bulunan iki hastayı inceledik. Her iki hastada da muayenede insizyon komşuluğunda palpabl nodül saptandı. Kitlenin geniş lokal eksizyonla çıkarılması sonrası yapılan patolojik incelemede endometriozis rapor edildi. Sonuç olarak; sezaryen skarı ile ilişkili bir kitlede mevcut ağrıların periyodikliği sorgulanarak insizyonel endometriozis ayırıcı tanılar arasında düşünülmelidir.

Abstract:

Endometriosis, defined as the state of the endometrial tissue outside the uterus cavity, may develop in the scary tissue after attempts close to the uterus area such as cesarine, hysterectomy, apendectomy, amniyosentez. The incidence of incisional endometriosis after Caesarine is at 0.03 - 0.4%. In this study, we examined two patients in our clinic with chronic pain in the pelvic area and having a history of history.
