Abstract:

Women and women’s perspective in the Ottoman society shaped by religion and traditional restrictions. It was continuing until Tanzimat period. . It was started to discuss the status of women with Tanzimat period and acceptance the new law women's arrangements have been made to antagonize to women. The understanding of the importance of training with the society of women formative training has to be emphasized from widely this training opportunities’ not enough benefit. Religion and issues arising from the constitution 1876 order expect for rights and duties in terms of equality between women and men without sectarian and religion concepts. Women prison not be everywhere, renting houses for this job, guardian problems, unsanitary conditions and safety problems exist for jail in women often were brought.
