Bu çalışmada dubleks çift fazlı çelik numuneler, su ve hidro-karbon bazlı dielektrik sıvılarda, toz katkısız ve SiC toz katkısı kullanılarak elektriksel kıvılcım yöntemi ile işlenmiştir. İşlenen yüzeyler elektron mikroskobisi, x-ışını kırınım kristalografisi ile incelenmiş ve yüzey topografisi ile ilgili sonuçlar karşılaştırmalı biçimde irdelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular; bu yöntemle işlenmiş ferritik dubleks çeliklerle benzer mikro çatlak ağ yapılarının farklı dielektrik ortamlarda oluştuğunu göstermiştir. Dubleks çeliklerin yapısında bulunan ferritik taneler hidro-karbon bazlı dielektrik sıvıda kalıntı östenite dönüşmekte ve yeniden katılaşan katmanda taneler arası dönüşüm gerilmelerini düşürmektedir. Ancak, dielektrik sıvı olarak su kullanıldığında, östenitleşme azalmakta ve yeniden katılaşan katmanda taneler arası dönüşüm gerilmeleri yükselmektedir

Reviews of traditional and SiC powder-related high-touch energy-processed double steel surfaces

Abstract:

In this study, double double-phase steel samples were processed in water and hydrocarbon-based dielectrial fluids, with the use of the powder-free and SiC powder-contributed electric lighting method. The processed surfaces were studied by electron microscopy, x-rays broken crystalography, and the results related to surface topography were comparative. The findings have shown that micro-breaking network structures similar to ferritic double steel processed by this method are formed in different dielectrial environments. The ferritic tanes found in the structure of double steel, the hydrocarbon-based dielectric liquid residues are converted into esthenite and reduce the tensions of inter-tanes conversion in the re-hard layer. However, when water is used as a dielectric fluid, esthenicity is reduced and the interdansal conversion tensions in the re-hard layer are increasing.
