Giriş: Subakromiyal sıkışma sendromlu hastaların yaşam kalitesinin değerlendirilmesi ileri tedaviler için önemlidir. Çalışmanın amacı, farklı parametreler kullanarak subakromiyal sıkışma sendromu ile yaşam kalitesini aynı anda tek bir modelde değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya subakromiyal sıkışma sendromu tanısı alan 90 hasta dahil edildi. Yaşam kalitesi değerlendirmesinde Zihinsel bileşen puanı ve fiziksel bileşen puanı SF-36 kullanılarak ölçüldü ve farklı ölçek parametreleri değerlendirildi. Bu testlerin yaşam kalitesine dolaylı ve doğrudan etkileri yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılarak tek bir modelde incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Fiziksel bileşen puanına en fazla toplam etki Omuz Engellilik Ölçeği ve Kol, Omuz ve El Engellilik skoru değişkenlerine ait iken, en az etki VAS değişkenine ait olduğu görülmüştür. Zihinsel bileşen puanı sonuçlarına bakıldığında, ise en az minimum toplam etkiye neden olan değişken VAS’tır. Sonuç: Subakromiyal sıkışma sendromlu hastaların yaşam kalitesi, skorları bağımlı olarak analiz ederken daha detaylı bilgi vermektedir. Subakromiyal sıkışma sendromunun yaşam kalitesini değerlendirmek, bağımlı olarak hastaların farklı ölçümlerini kullanmak daha detaylı bir araştırma fırsatı sağlayacaktır. Hasta yaşam kalitesi değerlendirmesinin detaylı bir şekilde yapılması uygun tedavi seçimini kolaylaştıracaktır.
Introduction: The evaluation of the quality of life of patients with subacromic compression syndrome is important for advanced treatments. The aim of the study is to evaluate the quality of life and subacromic compression syndrome at the same time in a single model using different parameters. The study included 90 patients diagnosed with subacromal compression syndrome. In the quality of life assessment, the mental component score and the physical component score were measured using SF-36 and different scale parameters were assessed. The indirect and direct effects of these tests on the quality of life have been studied in a single model using the structural equality model. The findings: Physical component scoreAccording to the total effect of the shoulder disability scale and the hand, shoulder and hand disability scale variables, while the small effect has been shown to belong to the VAS variable. When it comes to the results of the mental component score, it is the variable VAS that causes the minimum total effect. The result: the quality of life of patients with subacromic compression syndrome provides more detailed information when analyzing the scores depending on. Evaluation of the quality of life of the subacromical compression syndrome will provide a more detailed research opportunity using different measurements of patients depending on. The patient’s quality of life assessment will make it easier to choose the appropriate treatment.
Background: Evaluating the quality of life patients with subacromial impingement syndrome is important for further treatments Aim: The aim of the study was to evaluate simultaneously the quality of life with subacromial impingement syndrome using different parameters in a single model. Material and Methods: Ninety patients diagnosed subacromial impingement syndrome were included in the study. Mental component score and physical component score were measured using SF-36 in the assesment of the quality of life and different scores were evaluated. The indirect and direct effects of these tests on the quality of life were examined in a single model using the structural equation modelling. Results: The most total effect on physical component score was Shoulder Disability Questionnaire and the Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand Score, Visual Analog Score had the least total effect on physical component score. Considering the results of mental component score, the total most effect was VAS had the the minimum total effect. Conclusion: The quality of life of the patients with subacromial impingement syndrom give more detailed informations when analysing the scores dependently. Evaluating the quality of life of subacromial impingement syndrome, using different measures of patients dependently will provide a more detailed research opportunity. If the patient quality of life evaluation is done in detail, it will facilitate the selection of appropriate treatment.
