This study was performed to determine the level of job satisfaction (gender, age, marital status, class status, branch, other job, duration of referee, duration of playing the branch, and revenue status) on totally 222 Handball, Basketball and Volleyball referees who working in federation leagues. One-way variance analysis (ANOVA) and LSD test was performed to determine the differences between the groups for the statistical data. Measuring tool has two sections in the study. In the first section, there were questions intended for personal characteristics of referees. Also second section had a short form of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale consisting of 20 questions. It had been shown that there is no significant difference between genders, marital status, class status, other job, duration of referee, and revenue status of referees. But job satisfaction levels according to gender had a meaningful. The reason for this, job satisfaction shows an increase together with gender in addition to experience, reward, change of class, and integration of their job. It had been shown that there is a significant difference between job satisfaction levels according to duration of playing the branches, also majority of referees had played him branch previously according to duration of playing the branches. A significant difference was found referee` branches between job satisfaction levels. This difference had occurred between Basketball and Volleyball referees and Handball Volleyball referees. Majority of referees had income status in middle level. To manage the good match it is important to be a in relax and top level economically.
