Abstract:

This study aims to reveal the impact of corporation levels in hotel enterprises on employers’ job satisfaction and employer performance. The universe of the research consists of employers working in hotel enterprises in Antalya. The sample group was selected due to the difficulty of reaching the research group in the universe. The research was carried out with data from the sampling of 400 employees of 3, 4 and 5 star hotels located in Antalya. To determine the number of samples, a simple random sampling formula was used. The data obtained in the study was evaluated using the SPSS (20.0) program. In data analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used. The relationship between the participants’ corporate perceptions and the level of employment satisfaction and the level of employee performance has been identified at the middle level. In addition, the under-dimensions of corporationalization have shown that the understanding of management is related to the employee’s job satisfaction and the size of internal audit activities is also related to the employee’s performance. In the context of the findings obtained in the study, it has been found that corporationalization has an impact on the performance of employers and the job satisfaction. Therefore, it is believed that it is an important obligation for the industry managers to pay attention to corporationalization and to use corporationalization methods for employers to have high performance and job satisfaction.
