Abstract:

Doğrusal olmayan kanonik korelasyon analizi iki ve daha fazla değişken kümeleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemede kullanılan bir tekniktir. Yapılan bu çalışmada doğrusal olmayan kanonik korelasyon analizi incelenmiş ve müşterilerinin bir hizmet işletmesinden aldıkları hizmetten memnuniyet düzeylerini belirleme amacı ile toplanmış olan veriler üzerinde analizin uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda serbest meslek sahibi kişilerin servis personelinin görünüşünden ve odaların ortamı, donanımı ve fiziksel görüntüsünden memnun oldukları görülmüştür. Sunulan yemeğin lezzet ve temizliğinden oldukça memnun olanların aynı zamanda sunulan yemeğin çeşitliliğinden de oldukça memnun oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
