Bu makale, Hannah Arendt’in Totalitarizmin Kaynakları 1 / Antisemitizm adlı kitabının son bölümü olan Dreyfus Davası’ndan hareketle adalet ile adaletsizlik, insan sevgisi ile ırkçılık, korku ile başkaldırı, etkinlik ile edilgenlik arasında sıkışıp kalan birey üzerinedir. Davada Yahudi olan Dreyfus’un ırkı yüzünden haksız yere yargılanması ve yöneticilerin kendi suçunu kapatmak için adaleti toz bulutunun içine hapsetmeleri ve halkı yurt sevgisiyle sömürerek kendi çıkarları için nasıl galeyana getirdikleri anlatılmaktadır. Evrensel bir hak olan adalet ve insan onuru bir ırkın içinde görünmez hale gelmiştir. Bu çerçevede Agamben’in Dispozitif Nedir?\Dost adlı kitabından hareketle yöneticilerin adaleti görünmez kılmak için nasıl insanları düşünmekten alıkoydukları, her yerden insanı sararak fikirsizleştirdiği ortaya konularak, insanların bu sarıştan kurtulmaları için Ranciere’in etkin seyircisi ve Badiou’da bir fikrin önemi ortaya konacaktır. Çünkü insanı diğer canlılardan ayırt eden düşünmesidir. Olanaklar varlığı olan insan, olanaklarını, aklıyla, düşünmesiyle etkin bir şekilde ortaya koyar ve gerçekleştirir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda bu makale, fikirsizlik olgusunun nelere yol açtığını gözler önüne sermeye çalışacaktır.
This article is on the individual that is trapped between justice and injustice, human love and racism, fear and rebellion, activity and agility, from the Dreyfus case, the last part of Hannah Arendt's book "The Sources of Totalitarianism 1 / Antisemitism". In the case, Dreyfus, a Jew, was unfairly judged for race and the rulers were imprisoned in the cloud of the powder of justice to close their own crimes, and the people were exploited by their love for their own interests. Justice and human dignity, which is a universal right, has become invisible within a race. In this framework, what is the Dispositive of Agamben?\Friends from the book, showing how managers prevent people from thinking in order to make justice invisible, and wherever they surround people, the effective audience of Ranciere and the importance of an idea in Badiou to get rid of this blonde will be revealed. It is the thought that distinguishes man from other beings. The man, who is the existence of possibilities, effectively explains and realizes his possibilities, with his mind, his thought. For this purpose, this article will try to show out what the fact of misunderstanding leads to.
By moving from the last chapter of Hannah Arendt’s Sources of Totalitarianism 1 / Antisemitizm, this article is about the indivisual who is stuck between justice and unjustice, racism and human love, rebellion and fear, activity and passivity. In the case, the unjust trial of the Jew Dreyfus is described because of his race and the rulers imprison the justice in a claud of dust to cover their own guilt and how they exploit the public, by using the love of the country and aggravate them for their own interests. Justice and human dignity, a universal right, have become invisible within a human race. In this context, by concidering Agamben’s “What is Dispozitif/ Friend” how the managers have prevented people thinking to make justice invisible, by being revealed that it has made the human being idealless, by wrapping the human being from every side, in order people to be rescued from this trouble, the importance of Ranciere’s effective audience, in Badiou the importance of idea will be revealed. Because what distinguishes human being from other living things is that human being thinks. The human being, the existence of possibilities, presents and realizes his / her possibilities with his/her mind and thinking effectively. Under the light of this purpose, this article will try to reveal what the phenomenon of the unconsciousness causes.
