Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmen güçlendirmenin psikolojik sermaye ve sosyal sermaye üzerindeki yordama rolünü incelemektir. İlişkisel tarama modelinin kullanıldığı araştırmada veriler, “Öğretmen Güçlendirme Ölçeği”, “Pozitif Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği” ve “Öğretmenlerin Sosyal Sermaye Ölçeği” aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde parametrik testlerden t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), korelasyon ve çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre öğretmen güçlendirme ile psikolojik sermaye arasındaki en yüksek ilişkilerin iyimserlik ile mesleki gelişim ve iyimserlik ile güven(ÖG); öğretmen güçlendirme ile sosyal sermaye arasındaki en yüksek ilişkinin ise yönetici ağları ile güven(ÖG) ve yönetici ağları ile işbirliği arasında olduğu saptanmıştır. Çoklu regresyon analizinin sonuçlarına göre mesleki gelişim boyutunun psikolojik sermayenin; güven ve işbirliği boyutlarının ise sosyal sermayenin anlamlı birer yordayıcısı olduğu bulunmuştur.
The aim of this research is to examine the predictive role of teacher empowerment on psychological and social capital. In the study in which the relational screening model was used, the data were collected through the "Teacher Empowerment Scale", "Positive Psychological Capital Scale" and "Teachers' Social Capital Scale". Parametric tests such as t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation and multiple regression analysis were used in the analysis of the data. According to the results of the correlation analysis, the highest correlations between teacher empowerment and psychological capital were between optimism and professional development, and optimism and trust (TE); It was determined that the highest relationship between teacher empowerment and social capital was between administrator networks and trust (TE) and administrator networks and cooperation. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, professional development dimension is a significant predictor of psychological capital; trust and cooperation dimensions are significant predictors of social capital.
