Günümüzün artan ve giderek karmaşık bir hal alan rekabet ortamında liderlerin, bilge olarak karakterize edilebilecek niteliklere ve özelliklere sahip olmaları, örgüt açısından önem arz etmektedir. Bilge lider, çalışanlarıyla bilgi alışverişinde bulunan, farklı fikir, görüş ve önerileri dikkate alan, çalışanlarıyla etkileşim ve iletişim içinde olan liderdir. Örgütün hedeflerine ulaşmasında çalışanların katkısının büyük olduğunun farkındadır. Bu yüzden çalışanları arasında yaratıcı takım ikliminin oluşması ve gelişmesi için uğraşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bağlı bulundukları amirlerin bilge liderlik özelliklerine sahip olmalarının, kabin memurlarında yaratıcı takım iklimi oluşmasındaki varlığı ve etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada kapsamında elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modellemesi test edilmiştir. Sonuca göre bilge liderlik ile yaratıcı takım iklimi arasında pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bilge liderlik değişkenindeki bir puanlık artış, yaratıcı takım iklimi değişkeninde 0.62 puanlık bir artışa yol açmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, çalışmaya katılan kabin memurlarında bilge liderlik algısının yaratıcı takım iklimi üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu bulunmuştur.
In today's increasingly complex and competitive environment, it is essential for the organizations that leaders have qualities and characteristics that can be characterized as wise. A wise leader is a leader who exchanges information with employees, considers different ideas, opinions and suggestions, and interacts and communicates with employees. They are aware of the significant contributions employees make toward achieving the organization's goals. As a result, they strive to cultivate and foster a creative team climate among their staff. In this study, the existence and effect of wise leadership qualities of their superiors on the formation of a creative team climate for flight attendants was investigated. The data obtained within the scope of the study were tested using structural equation modeling. According to the results, a positive and significant relationship was found between wise leadership and creative team climate. A one-point increase in the wise leadership variable leads to a 0.62-point increase in the creative team climate variable. Therefore, it was found that the perception of wise leadership among the flight attendants participating in the study had a significant effect on the creative team climate.
