So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sonographic lower uterine segment thickness and uterine scar defect of pregnant women with previous cesarean. Methods: Twenty-six pregnant women who get pregnancy follow-up at the same clinic were admitted to the study. Sonographic lower uterine segment thicknesses of the pregnant women were measured in the second and third trimester. Thickness of lower uterine segment and presence of uterine scar defect were evaluated in cesarean section. According to these findings, pregnant women were divided into three groups; normal lower segment (group 1), thin lower segment (group 2) and uterine scar defect (incomplete rupture) (group 3). Measurements of sonographic lower uterine segment thickness were compared among the groups. Results: There was no difference among the groups for age, number of cesarean section, interdelivery interval of cesarean and weight of newborn (p>0.05). There was no difference among the groups for sonographic lower uterine segment thickness in the second trimester (p>0.05). Sonographic lower uterine segment thickness of the group 2 and group 3 in the third trimester were found significantly lower than the group 1 (p<0.05), however there was no difference between the group 2 and 3. Conclusion: Evaluation of sonographic lower uterine segment thickness of pregnant women with previous cesarean in the third trimester may be effective in prediction of uterine scar defect
