Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to reveal the use of tele-tubes during the new type of coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, the advantages of tele-tubes and the difficulties in their application. In this context, academic studies on tele-trip and tele-health, including tele-trip, were studied during the COVID-19 epidemic period. The study found that the low levels of tele-trip use remained before the COVID-19 epidemic increased quite rapidly during the epidemic period. The use of tele-tips has been found to be necessary for both patients and employees in the protection from the COVID-19 epidemic, reducing the intensity in the hospital, saving resources. Despite the importance of tele-tube in epidemic period, many countries use tele-tube at different levels. The level of tele-trip use is mostly associated with the possibility of infrastructure. In the use of tele-tube; China, the United States, Australia and some European countries are on the forefront. Although tele-tube is considered one of the ways to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some problems in the use of tele-tube, such as lack of legal regulation, access problems, failure to ensure data security. In this context, the necessary legal arrangements must be made, the extension of the payment scope, the security of data, the determination of quality standards for tele-trip and infrastructure investments must be made. The tele-trip can also be used in the future for the characteristic patients and conditions, primarily epidemic periods.

In this context, academic studies on tele-medicine and tele-health, especially tele-medicine, were examined during the period of COVID-19. In the examination, it was observed that the tele-medicine, which remained low before the COVID-19 epidemic, increased quite rapidly during the epidemic period. It has been revealed that the use of tele-medicine is necessary for both patients and employees in the prevention of the COVID-19 epidemic, reduces the density in the hospital and saves resources. Despite the importance of telemedicine during the epidemic period, many countries use telemedicine at different levels. The level of use of these is associated with the availability of infrastructure facilities. In the use of telemedicine; China, USA, Australia and some European countries stand out. Although tele-medicine is accepted as one of the ways to deal with COVID-19, there are some problems such as regulatory deficiencies, access problems, and data security. It is necessary to make legal arrangements for these problems, to expand the scope of payment, to ensure data security, to ensure quality standards for tele-medicine and to make infrastructure investments. Tele-medicine can also be used in the future for special patients and conditions, especially during the epidemic period.
