Çelik Yapıların Öngörülen Göreli Kat Ötelemesi Oranına Göre Enerji Esaslı Tasarımı

Abstract:

Günümüz yönetmeliklerinde yer alan ve yapıların yatay yük analizinde kullanılan yöntemler genellikle doğrusal elastik yöntemler olup, deprem etkisi altında yapıların elastik ötesi davranışı hesaplarda dolaylı olarak dikkate alınmaktadır. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalar, yapının elastik ötesi davranışının hesaplara daha gerçekçi şekilde dahil edilmesine olanak vermektedir. Bu çalışmada, yapı elemanlarının elastik ötesi davranışı dikkate alınarak ve yapılardaki enerji dengesi kullanılarak, yeni yapılacak yapıların kullanım fonksiyonuna göre öngörülen göreli kat ötelemesi oranını sağlayacak şekilde tasarlanmasına yönelik bir hesap yöntemi sunulmuştur. Çelik yapıların elde edilen hedef yer değiştirmelere ulaştığı andaki göreli kat ötelemesi oranları, başlangıçta öngörülen göreli kat ötelemesi oranlarıyla karşılaştırılmış ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract:

The methods included in today’s regulations and used in the horizontal load analysis of structures are usually linear elastic methods, and the elastic transversal behavior of structures under the impact of the earthquake is indirectly considered in the calculations. Research in recent years has enabled the structural over-elastique behavior to be more realisticly included in the accounts. In this study, a calculation method was presented to the design of the structural elements, taking into account the elastic behavior and using the energy balance in the structures, in order to ensure the proportional rate of lay-out of the new structures according to the function of use. The proportional layer slurry rates at the time the steel structures achieved to reach the target location changes were compared with the proportional layer slurry rates initially anticipated and the results were interpreted.
