Abstract:

Social politics is an area that has existed throughout history primarily for religious and human reasons. The history of social politics is as old as the history of mankind. In addition, it is possible to express as periods in which social policy is deeper and more effective than it exists in history in the modern and post-modern period. The modern era is a period in which social policy is never predicted and never thought, but modernism has gained a different dimension by turning the world into hell instead of the promise of heaven. This period of social politics is the time when it comes out of an old state and the state of obligation.  After that, the great wars and economic crises that mankind has experienced have increased the size and influence of social policy. Post-modern period is a period in which social policy grows and changes its shape.  This period, shaped by Keynesian policies, has changed the social policy with neo-liberal policies and globalization in recent years.
