Bu çalışma 2016-2017 yılları arasında, Elazığ ili Kiraz bahçelerinde zarar yapan Kiraz sineği (Rhagoletis cerasi L.) (Diptera: Tephritidae)'nin yayılışı, doğaya çıkış zamanı ve popülasyon gelişimi belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmalar üretim mevsimi boyunca her birinde en az 50 adet Napolyon (Ziraat 900) kiraz çeşidi kiraz ağacı bulunan bahçelerde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmalarda zararlının takibinde görsel sarı renkli yapışkan çekici tuzaklar kullanılmıştır. Çalışmalar sonucunda kiraz sineğinin tüm bahçelerde yayılış gösterdiği, erginlerinin doğada mayıs ayının ilk haftasında meyveler ben düşme iken tuzaklarda ilk görüldüğü ve meyveler saman sarısı dönemde iken en yüksek yoğunluk oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Popülasyon gelişiminin izlendiği bahçelerde zararlının popülasyon yoğunluğunun düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir. Zararlının popülasyon gelişiminin iki yılda da yaklaşık 21-42 gün arasında devam ettiği ve popülasyonun bitiş tarihinin ise en son haziranın ayının üçüncü haftasına denk geldiği görülmüştür. Bunun yanı sıra hasat zamanında bahçelerde kontrol edilen 1000 adet meyvede Bulaşma (Kurtlu meyve) oranı %0.2 ve %0.4 arasında değişmektedir.
This study was conducted between 2016-2017 years, with the aim of determining the spread of the cherry mushroom (Rhagoletis cerasi L.) damaged in the Cherry Gardens of Elazığ (Diptera: Tephritidae), the time of entry into nature and the population development. During the production season, the studies have been carried out in gardens with at least 50 Napolyon (Ziraat 900) cherry species in each. In the studies, visual yellow-colored adhesive traps were used to track the damage. The results of the studies have found that cherry mushrooms spread throughout the gardens, the adult in nature in the first week of the month of May the fruit was first seen in the traps while I fell and the fruit was the highest intensity while in the yellow period. In the gardens where the population growth is monitored, the population intensity of the damage is reduced. The population growth of the damages continued between 21-42 days in two years, and the end date of the population was equal to the third week of June. In addition, the infection rate of 1000 fruits controlled in the gardens at the time of harvest ranges from 0.2% to 0.4%.
This study was carried out to determine emergence period and population fluctuation of cherry fruıt fly (Rhagoletis cerasi L.) (Diptera: Tephritidae) in cherry orchards of Elazığ province of Turkey in 2016-2017. Studies were conducted in the years 2013 and 2014 through vegetation period in the orchards which have at least 50 Napolyon (Ziraat 900) variety of cherry trees in each. In the studies, visual yellow colored adhesive attractive traps were used in the follow-up of the pest. As a result of studies, cherry fly in all orchards where cherry production is distributed, it was found out that the first adults were catched on the traps generally in the first week of May when the colour change begin on the cherry fruit that it was yellow in colour. It was determined that the population of the pest is low in the gardens where the population development is observed. In both years, the population development of the pest continued for about 21-42 days and the end date of the population coincided with the third week of the last month of June. In addition, in 1000 harvested fruits at harvest time, the rate of contamination (wormwood) varies between 0.2% and 0.4%.
