This descriptive research has been conducted to determine the critical thinking disposition of the Health Service Vocational School (HSVS) students of a university. Data were gathered using California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI) and personal information form. Sampling was done on 537 students who participated voluntarily in the study. Data entry and analysis was performed using staticial program. Of the participants in the study, 68% were female; 53% were first grade students. The mean score of CCTDI of the participants were found to be 220.56 ± 22.40. Statistically significant difference were detected in educational programs, place of residence, grade average, participation in scientific activity, the status of students terms of their critical thinking levels. The students’ mean score of critical thinking levels of first aid and emergency program were significantly higher than those of the students in other programs (Medical documentation and secretarial, elderly care, opticianry, child development)
