Sonuç: Çalışmanın demografik verilerinin analizi, çalışma süresi, bölümde çalışma süresi ve çalışma şekli gibi işe yönelik değişkenlerin, örgütsel sinizm düzeyini belirlemede kişisel özellikler kadar önemli olduğunu göstermiştir.
