Abstract:

In the study, the "Orhon Writings", "Uygur Writings" and Uygur letters of the Buddhist Period were identified in "Altun Yaruk" (The Eighth Book) with the mining names, the examples were given with the abbreviations of the works to which they belong and line numbers. For each mine name, an example phrase is given, so the uses in the text are taken into account. Two separate classifications for each text, including the single and double uses of the mining names, the mining names and the uses to which they belong, are indicated in numerical expressions. Therefore, it is determined which of the most commonly used mining names are, in which meanings they are used, with which words they are most combined if the dual use is available. When sampleing for each text is made, both the translation and the present Turkish language are placed, so the objective is to increase the clarity of the examples. The miner names are studied from what they are used for, what kind of comparisons they are included, the characteristics of material and spiritual value, in what conditions and in what environments they are valuable.
