Abstract:

This research was done to reveal the opinions of teachers about organizational sinism. In line with this goal, teachers’ opinions about organizational sinism have been studied in three dimensions: cognitive, sensual and behavioral. The research is a quality study and is illustrated. In 2021, Kahramanmaraş has formed a working group of 20 teachers working in different levels of schools in the center of the province and determined by the most diverse state sample. The research data was collected through a semi-configured question form developed by the researchers. Data obtained from participants using electronic forms is subject to content analysis. The research finds that teachers’ opinions about organizational sinism are generally positive in cognitive, sensual and behavioral dimensions. At the end of the study, researchers and researchers have been given recommendations.
