Abstract:

With globalization, the quality of services and products in the health, pharmaceutical and food sectors has become increasingly important. Thus, the need for change in the quality control and certification systems, which are also important for public health, has emerged. Today, many institutions and organizations, especially in the health sector, prefer "Good Manufacturing Applications (Good Manufacturing Applications)" which includes advanced quality-hygiene control methods and certification systems that can be easily adapted to their work systems. The area in which IU was first used is the food industry and includes applications related to hygiene and quality management. In recent years, the consciousness of the preservation of human health has begun to reflect in the production stages of all kinds of goods and services. As a result, IU has also been used in different sectors over time and has become a reference that is sought in international trade. The purpose of this collection is to provide information about the importance and scope of the IU in the protection of public health and to explore the areas of use in different sectors.
