Dust Injection Shaping (TEK) is an advanced Dust Metal (TM) production technique and a modern production method used in the mass production of parts with complex geometry and narrow tolerance intervals. The reological characteristics of the food stocks used in TEK have a direct impact on the successful modeling process. In this study, Co-212-C, Stellite-6 and Fe50Co0,2Si were prepared with the use of kobalt-based superrelease powder and a variety of polymeric connectors, three different TEK feed stores were prepared. The impact on the critical powder load values and reological characteristics in the feed stocks of used powder has been studied using a rotating reometer device at different temperatures. The morphology of the powder used was analyzed by an electron microscope (SEM). With a volume increase of 2.5% in the 57,5-65% powder load range, the nutrient stocks were shown to show a psodoplastic flow behavior, which is one of the basic requirements for the TEK technique. It has also been shown that the nutrient stocks in high powder loads are high sensitivity to temperature, while the combination of low powder loads and high sliding speed is not suitable for TEK because it will cause low viscosity and consequently the separation of the powder and connector.
