Abstract:

Özellikle son yıllarda ülkemizde ve diğer ülkelerde, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları esas faaliyetlerinin yanında bu faaliyetleri destekleyen ancak uzmanlık alanlarına girmeyen faaliyetleri dış kaynak kullanımı (DKK) yolu ile temin etmektedir.   Bu doğrultuda ülkemizdeki sağlık kuruluşları, tıbbi hizmetler olmayan yemek, temizlik, güvenlik, veri giriş, danışma, hasta kabul, çamaşırhane gibi hizmetlere ilave olarak destekleyici tıbbi hizmetlerden olan mikrobiyoloji, biyokimya, radyoloji, nükleer tıp, vb. hizmetleri de dış kaynak kullanımıyla yürütmektedir. Bolu İzzet Baysal Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde biri kendi imkanlarıyla hizmet sunan, diğeri DKK yöntemi ile temin edilen iki ayrı Manyetik Rezonans (MR) çekimi yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, söz konusu hastanede yardımcı tıbbi hizmetlerden olan MR çekimi hizmetinin hastanenin kendisinin gerçekleştirmesiyle, bu hizmeti dış kaynaktan sağlamasının maliyet minimizasyonu açısından karşılaştırmasının yapılmasıdır. Bu amaçla çalışmada ekonomik değerlendirme yöntemi olan maliyet minimizasyon yöntemi kullanılarak söz konusu hastanenin DKK ile daha fazla kazanç sağlayacağı sonucuna varılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimler: Maliyet Analizi, Dış Kaynak Kullanımı, Hastaneler, MR Cihazı Abstract: Especially in recent years, other than their core activities, public institutions and organizations in our country and other countries ensure supportive activities that are not in their scope of specialization by means of outsourcing. In this context, health organizations in our country use outsourcing mechanism for services such as catering without medical services, cleaning, security, data input, consultation, patient acceptance. In addition to these services, supportive services like microbiology, biochemistry, radiology, nuclear medicine, and so on are also provided through outsourcing.In Bolu Izzet Baysal Education and Research Hospital, two types of  Magnetic Resonance (MR) shooting are offered. One of them is through the hospital’s own facility, the other one is through outsourcing. The aim of this study is to compare the two methods of MR shooting in abovementioned hospital in terms of cost minimization. For this purpose, by using cost minimization method which is one of the economic evaluation methods, the result that the hospital  at issue will gain more by means of outsourcing is achived  in this study.
