Araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin okul yönetiminin kayırmacı uygulamalarına yönelik algıları ile örgütsel güven düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. İlişkisel tarama modelinde tasarlanan bu araştırmanın evrenini Rize il merkezi ve ilçelerinde ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan tüm öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak, örneklem oluşturma yoluna gidilmiş ve 27 okulda görev yapan 414 öğretmen araştırma grubuna dâhil edilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri, Erdem ve Meriç (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Okul Yönetiminde Kayırmacılık Ölçeği”, Yılmaz (2006) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Güven Ölçeği” ve öğretmenlerin demografik özelliklerine ulaşabilmek için oluşturulan “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” aracılığıyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin kayırmacılık algılarının düşük, örgütsel güven algılarının ise iyi düzeyde olduğu, kayırmacılık ile örgütsel güven arasında orta düzeyde olumsuz yönde anlamlı bir ilişki belirlenmiştir. Regresyon analizine göre, kayırmacılığın örgütsel güvenin anlamlı bir yordayıcısı olduğu ve örgütsel güvene ait varyansın %35’ini açıkladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the perceptions of teachers about the scatter practices of school management and the levels of organizational confidence. The universe of this research, designed in the relational scan model, is formed by all teachers who work in primary and secondary schools in the Rize district center and districts. The study, using the simple non-selective sampling method, went to the way of sampling and included 414 teachers working in 27 schools in the research group. The data of the research was obtained through the "School Management Scale" developed by Erdem and Meriç (2012), the "Organized Trust Scale" developed by Yılmaz (2006) and the "Personal Information Form" created to reach the demographic characteristics of teachers. The research finds that teachers have a low level of scratch perception and a good level of organizational confidence, and that there is a medium-level negative relationship between scratch and organizational confidence. According to the Regression Analysis, it has been found that scratch is a meaningful contributor to organizational trust and reveals 35% of the variance belonging to organizational trust.
