The concept of “luxury restaurant” has created a culture in itself over the years among food and beverage businesses and has become a phenomenon that is increasing its popularity. Managers must build a proper organizational culture and communication to satisfy and revisit customers seeking unmatched service and product quality. In this study, the importance of organizational communication and organizational culture for luxury restaurants, which are food and beverage businesses, where customer expectations are at the highest level, has been examined from various perspectives, The effect of the importance that businesses attach to these factors in terms of customer satisfaction and business success has been analyzed.
