Bu çalışmada; silis dumanı (SD), uçucu kül (UK) ve yüksek fırın cürufu (YFC) betonların durabilite özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Çimento yerine SD, YFC ve UK, ağırlıkça %5 ve %10 oranlarında tekli, %10 oranında ikili ve üçlü karışım olarak kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca agrega yerine ağırlıkça %5 ve %10 oranlarında YFC kullanılmıştır. Numunelerin 7, 28, 180 günlük basınç dayanımı, 28 günlük numunelerin permeabilite ve aşınma ile 60 günlük sülfat dayanımları ve SEM taramaları incelenmiştir. Yüksek fırın cürufu katkısı dayanıklılığa ve dayanıma olumlu katkı sağlamıştır. Çimento ikamesi olarak %10 oranında silis dumanı ve agrega olarak %10 oranında YFC katkılı numunelerin 28 ve 180 günlük basınç dayanımı, referans numunesine göre sırası ile %17 ve %20 oranlarında daha yüksek bulunmuştur

Some Sustainability Characteristics of Silicon Smoke, Flying Seed and High Fresh Cube Added Betons

Abstract:

This study examined the durability characteristics of silicon smoke (SD), flying ashes (UK) and high oven curve (YFC) concrete. Instead of cement, SD, YFC and UK were used as a single, double and triple mixture of 5% and 10% in weight. In addition, YFC was used in weight by 5% and 10% instead of agrega. Examples were studied with 7, 28, 180-day pressure resistance, 28-day samples with permeability and stretching, 60-day sulphate resistance and SEM scans. The contribution of high oven curve has been a positive contribution to resilience and endurance. The pressure resistance of the 28 and 180 days of the YFC-contributed samples as a 10% silicon smoke as a cement residence and as a 10% aggregate was found higher by 17% and 20% according to the reference sample.
