Abstract:

Das Türkische Justizministerium hat in letzten Jahren einen Vorentwurf der Strafprozessordnung vorbereitet. Dieser Vorentwurf ist vervielfältigt und am Anfang 2000 an die Universitäten übermittelt, um ihre Meinungen über diesen Vorentwurf zu erhalten. Das war nur formelhaft, weil die Meinungen und Äußerungen in zwei Monaten an das Ministerium erreichen sollten. Seit dieser Zeit ist keine ausreichende Diskussion über diesen Vorentwurf in der Öffentlichkeit entstanden. Trotzt allem hat die neue Regierung diesen Vorentwurf in einigen Änderungen als Gesetzentwurf am 3.12.2002 an das Parlament übermittelt. In diesem Artikel haben die Verfasser ihre kritische Äußerungen über bestimmten Vorschriften dieses Gesetzentwurfes veröffentlicht.
