Abstract:

Sinovical chondromatosis (SK) is an unknown disease and is characterized by the presence of multiple scalp nodes in the joint sinoviyum or empty. In the presentation of this phenomenon, we intended to present a rare bilateral knee condomatosis phenomenon, which is in different stages of the classification of the secondary Milgram of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). A 47-year-old woman, who had been diagnosed with RA for twenty-five years, had a five-year history of knee pain when she was sent to our hospital. In both knee joints, with sensitivity, there was fusion and movement limitation. In comparative knee graphs, in variing sizes, common, multiple, calcium joint mice, joint scratching and osteoporosis were observed. In both knee magnetic resonance images, multiple hypointens and a small number of hyperintensic calcium nodules were also observed dispersed into the joint empty, and peripheral hypointensic, central hypointensic, multiple nodular lesions were detected with the joint empty accompanied by the same cuts in the T2 series. The diagnosis was confirmed by pathology following arthroscopic biopsy. SK should be taken into account in the distinctive diagnosis of patients with RA with persistent arthritis.
