Vajinal cuff endometriozisi: Olgu sunumu

Abstract:

Endometriozis, endometrial bezlerin ve stromanın uterus dışındaki varlığı olarak tanımlanır. En sık implantasyon yerleri pelvik organlar ve peritondur. Reproduktif dönemdeki kadınlarda %3-10 arasında görülmektedir. Ekstra pelvik endometriozis nadir olmasına rağmen (%1-2) potansiyel olarak endometrial hücrelerin vaskuler veya lenfatik diseminasyonu ile birçok jinekolojik ve non-jinekolojik bölgeye ulaşması ile oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada histerektomi sonrası vajinal kanama şikayeti ile başvuran hastada vajinal kuffta gelişen endometriozis vakasını sunmayı amaçladık.
