Datura stramonium is a wild plant found widely in natural flora in Turkey. It contains atropine, hyoscyamine, and scopolamine that cause anticholinergic poisoning. We presented an 11-year-old boy who presented to emergency department with anticholinergic symptoms and diagnosed datura stramonium poisoning. We had attention to the datura stromonium that is presented as herbal medicines and cause serious intoxications.
