Bu araştırma, Bingöl koşullarında 5 çeşit yemlik pancarın (Rota, Brigadier, Feldherr, Nedimbey, Rekord Poly) yumru verimi ve kalite özelliklerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, 2018 yılı yetiştirme döneminde Bingöl Üniversitesi Genç Meslek Yüksekokulu Uygulama ve Araştırma alanına ait deneme alanında kurulmuştur. Çalışma, tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre dört tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada kullanılan yemlik pancar çeşitlerine ait yumru boyu, yumru çapı, yaş yumru verimi, kuru yumru verimi, ham kül oranı, ham protein oranı, ham protein verimi, asit deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (ADF), nötr deterjanda çözünmeyen lif (NDF), sindirilebilir kuru madde (SKM) oranı, kuru madde tüketimi (KMT) oranı ve nispi yem değeri (NYD) ile ilgili veriler incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; yumru boyu 16.50-23.08 cm, yumru çapı 7.08-8.50 cm, yaş yumru verimi 7106.0-10587.0 kg da-1, kuru yumru verimi 997.78-1330.80 kg da-1, ham kül oranı %1.48-1.95, ham protein oranı %4.87-6.03, ham protein verimi 50.35-65.29 kg da-1, ADF oranı %8.85-9.95, NDF oranı %13.88-15.80, SKM oranı %81.15-82.01, KMT oranı %7.65-8.69 ve NYD 481.45-552.19 arasında değişmiştir. En yüksek yaş yumru ve ham protein verimleri Brigadier ve Rekord Poly çeşitlerinden elde edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre; Bingöl ve benzeri ekolojilerde bu iki çeşidin yetiştirilebileceği önerilmektedir.
This research was carried out with the aim of studying the yield and quality characteristics of 5 types of food pancers (Rota, Brigadier, Feldherr, Nedimbey, Rekord Poly) in the Bingöl conditions. Research was established in the field of experimentation belonging to the application and research field of the Young Professional High School of Bingöl University during the 2018 training period. The study was carried out in four rounds according to the test pattern of random blocks. The study has studied data related to the length, diameter, age, yield, dry yield, raw seed ratio, raw protein ratio, raw protein ratio, acid detergent unsoluble fiber (ADF), neutral detergent unsoluble fiber (NDF), digestible dry substance (SKM) ratio, dry substance consumption ratio (KMT) and relative feed value (NYD). According to the results obtained from the study; the length of the shell is 16.50-23.08 cm, the diameter of the shell is 7.08-8.50 cm, the age of the shell is 7106.0-10587.0 kg, the dry shell is 997.78-1330.80 kg, the raw grain is 1.48-1.95, the raw protein is 4.87-6.03, the raw protein is 50.35-65.29 kg, the ADF is 8.85-9.95, the NDF is 13.88-15.80, the SKM is 81.15-82.01, the KMT is 7.65-8.69 and the NYD 481.45-552.19. The highest levels of age and raw protein yields are obtained from the Brigadier and Record Poly varieties. According to these findings, it is recommended that these two varieties may be cultivated in Bingöl and similar ecologies.
This research was carried out to examine the tuber yield and quality characteristics of 5 different fodder beets (Rota, Brigadier, Feldherr, Nedimbey, Rekord Poly) under Bingöl conditions. The research was established in the trial field of Bingöl University Genç Vocational School Application and Research area during the 2018 growing period. The study was carried out with randomized block design with four replications. In the research; tuber length, tuber diameter, fresh tuber yield, dry tuber yield, crude ash ratio, crude protein ratio, crude protein yield, acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), digestible dry matter (DDM) ratio, dry matter intake (DMI) rate and relative feed value (RFV) of fodder beets were examined. According to the results of the research; tuber length 16.50-23.08 cm, tuber diameter 7.08-8.50 cm, fresh tuber yield 7106.0-10587.0 kg da-1, dry tuber yield 997.78-1330.80 kg da-1, crude ash ratio 1.48-1.95%, crude protein ratio 4.87-6.03%, crude protein yield 50.35-65.29 kg da-1, ADF ratio 8.85-9.95%, NDF ratio 13.88-15.80%, DDM ratio 81.15-82.01%, DMI ratio 7.65-8.69% and RFV ranged from 481.45-552.19. The highest fresh tuber and crude protein yields were obtained from Brigadier and Rekord poly varieties. According to these results; it is suggested that these two varieties can be grown in Bingöl and similar ecologies.
