So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

In the 19th century, demographic policies were extremely important for the Tsardom of Russia, which entered a rapid development process both politically and economically. Russia, which seized the lands where mostly Muslims lived such as the Caucasus, forced the population that live in those regions to migrate to Ottoman territory and intended to attract non-Muslim elements living in Ottoman lands to its own lands, both to fill the deficiency of the deportees and to meet the manpower deficit of the developing industry and trade. Thus, during this century, hundreds of thousands of Ottoman citizens from both Anatolia and the Balkans emigrated to non-Muslim Russia. Russia, which placed a particular importance to the Black Sea region due to its proximity to its borders, carried out a very intensive propaganda in the region through its consulates and tried to attract non-Muslims, living socially and economically in tough conditions. The Ottoman Empire, which was aware of this situation, took some measures but was not able to prevent this migrant movement
