Bu çalışma, temel olarak “whistleblowing” ile “örgütsel sessizlik” kavramları arasındaki ilişkiye “örgüt kültürü”nün nasıl bir etkide bulunduğunu ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda, İstanbul’un Üsküdar ilçesinde bulunan meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin söz konusu üç kavrama ilişkin algıları incelenmiştir. Bu ilişkileri ortaya koymaya yönelik olarak Yapısal Eşitlik Modellemesi (YEM) kullanılmış olup, “örgüt kültürü” ile “örgütsel sessizlik” ve “whistleblowing” arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Aynı şekilde “örgütsel sessizlik” ile “whistleblowing” arasındaki ilişkiye bakıldığında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Bu anlamda “örgütsel sessizlik”, “örgüt kültürü” ve “whistleblowing” arasındaki ilişkide aracı (mediator) etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
This study mainly aims to reveal how the "organic culture" affects the relationship between the concepts of "whistleblowing" and "organic silence". In this direction, the teachers who work in the professional high schools in the district of Üsküdar in Istanbul have been examined the perceptions of the three concepts. The structural equality modeling (YEM) has been used to reveal these relationships, and it has been understood that there is a positive meaningful relationship between "organic culture" and "organic silence" and "whistleblowing". Similarly, when it comes to the relationship between "organic silence" and "whistleblowing", it is understood that there is a positive meaningful relationship. In this sense, the conclusion has been made that the relationship between "organic silence", "organic culture" and "whistleblowing" has an instrument (mediator) effect.
