Abstract:

On December 31, 2019, the disease chart caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus (CoV)2 (Coronavirus Disease 2019-COVID-19) was called Coronavirus Disease 2019. In this collection, the aim is to detail the interaction of SARS-CoV-2 with natural and adaptive immunity with current articles. In severe cases passing COVID-19, it has been that immunological homeasthesis has been deteriorated and a result of the development of a cytokine storm. Increased viral burden, lymphopenia, eozinopenia, reduced number of thrombocytes in patients with COVID-19 have been important indicators associated with the pathology and severity of the disease. If protective antibodies decrease faster than expected, it indicates that it is necessary to be more careful against recurring infections. For this reason, effective, secure vaccines and antiviral treatments are a sustainable and disciplined fight against COVID-19 disease until it is found.
