So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

: The web we use today has seen many iterations over the years since the original concept of the World Wide Web was introduced in early 1990s.The first emergence of the web was called the static web or Web 1.0, which was read-only. A further iteration of the web then came along and was called the Social Web or Web 2.0, which was interactive in nature and the users could do more than read static pages. This was readable and writable, and saw the emergence of numerous social platforms. Web 3.0 offers an unmediated read–write web, or, to put it another way, a decentralized Internet. This paper provides a brief idea of how the journey of the web has so far transitioned from Web 1.0 through Web 2.0 and now onto Web 3.0, and what all lies ahead in future with emerging technologies and Web 3.0.
