Bu çalışmada imalat firmalarında firma inovasyon stratejisinin tedarikçi inovatifliği ve firma inovasyon performansı üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca firma inovasyon stratejisinin inovasyon performansı üzerindeki etkisinde tedarikçi inovatifliğinin aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla Türkiye’nin ilk 1000 ihracatçı firmasından anket tekniği ile veri elde edilmiştir. 115 firmadan elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ve sobel testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda firma inovasyon stratejisinin inovasyon performansını ve tedarikçi inovatifliğini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Aynı zamanda firma inovasyon stratejisinin inovasyon performansı üzerindeki etkisinde tedarikçi inovatifliğinin kısmi aracılık rolü bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study has studied the impact of the company’s innovation strategy on supplier innovation and company’s innovation performance in manufacturing companies. In addition, the role of provider innovation in the influence of the company’s innovation strategy on innovation performance has been studied. For this purpose, data were obtained from the first 1000 exporter companies in Turkey with survey technology. The data obtained from 115 companies were analyzed through the structural equality model and the bowl test. The results of the analysis have found that the company’s innovation strategy has a significant impact on the performance of innovation and the supplier’s innovation in a positive direction. In addition, the company’s innovation strategy has also found that supplier innovation has a partial role of mediation in its impact on innovation performance.
In this study, it was investigated the effect of firm innovation strategy on supplier innovativness and firm innovation performance in manufacturing firms. In addition, the mediator role of supplier innovativeness in the impact of firm innovation strategy on innovation performance is examined. For this purpose, data gathered with survey technique from Turkey's first 1000 exporting firms. The data obtained from 115 firms were analyzed by structural equation modelling and sobel test. As a result of the analyzes, it has been found that the innovation strategy has a positive effect on innovation performance and supplier innovativeness. At the same time, it has been determined that supplier innovativeness has a partial mediation role in the impact of firm innovation strategy on innovation performance.
