Bu araştırmada Göller Yöresinde Burdur ili Bucak ilçesine dair yapılmış olan akademik çalışmalar incelenmiş olup, bu inceleme sonucunda Bucak ilçesinin bölgesel gelişimini ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Böylelikle ulaşılan akademik çalışmalarla beraber Bucak ilçesinin son 29 yıldaki değişimi değerlendirilecektir. Araştırmada, daha önce yapılmış olan çalışmaların yoğunlaşmaya başladığı yıl olan 1992 yılından itibaren Bucak ilçesi hakkında toplam 98 akademik çalışma yapıldığı tespit edilmiş olup, yapılmış olan çalışmaların bu tarih ve sonrasını kapsadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Bucak ilçesi hakkında yapılan çalışmalarda yıllar itibariyle bir artış yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılmış olan 98 çalışmada, toplam 215 araştırmacı olduğu tespit edilmiş ve bu araştırmacıların en çok doktor öğretim üyesi (Yrd. Doç. Dr.) unvanına sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Yapılan çalışmalarda 23 temel alan tespit edilmiş olup en çok çalışmalara konu olan alanın ise 21 çalışma ile sosyal, beşeri ve idari bilimler olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
n this research, academic studies on Bucak district of Burdur province in the Lakes Region were examined, and as a result of this study, it was aimed to reveal the regional development of Bucak district. Thus, together with the academic studies reached, the change of Bucak district in the last 29 years will be evaluated. In the research, it has been determined that a total of 98 academic studies have been made about Bucak district since 1992, the year when the previous studies started to intensify, and it was revealed that the studies carried out covered this date and later. As a result of the research, it has been determined that there has been an increase in the studies on Bucak district over the years. It was determined that there were a total of 215 researchers in 98 studies, and it was seen that these researchers held the title of doctor (Assistant Prof. Dr.) the most. In the studies carried out, 23 basic fields have been identified, and it has been determined that the field that is the subject of the most studies is social, human and administrative sciences with 21 studies.
