The study of the effects of plant fields, which are very important for the ecosystem, on coastal and flow hydroly has become increasingly important in recent years. The water plant cover can usually be classified as a fully immersed, partially immersed and floating plant cover. The biggest difference in the swimming plant cover is the effect of the bottom border layer below the plant. The floating or suspended plant cover will prevent the flow and cause slowing the flow speed. With this slowdown, the low-speed distribution will deviate from the classic logarithmic distribution. Unlike the rate decreased in the upper layer due to the plant, the gap between the plant and the base will increase in the rate. In this study, 181 of 1. 0cm diameter cylindrical stripes are fixed on a 30cm diameter wooden head and installed on the top of the channel so that it will enter 15cm water from the water level. Mumbada, 4 points before the plant and 7 points after the plant, 11 different points and 8 different depths of speed measurements are made using ADV (Acotic Dopler Speed Measurement). The results of the trial showed that the suspended plant is an obstacle to flow, affecting the speed of flow.
