Bu çalışmada Stellite 21 süper alaşımı, uygun kompozisyonda hazırlanarak homojen karıştırma sonrası elde edilen toz karışım kullanılmak suretiyle, elektrik akımı destekli sinterleme yöntemi ile üretilmiştir. Daha sonra numunelerin sertlik, mukavemet ve yüksek sıcaklık özellikleri gibi özelliklerini geliştirmek için ısıl işlem uygulanmıştır. Üretilen malzemenin; mikroyapı görüntüleri taramalı elektron mikroskobuyla; faz analizleri, x-ışınları difraksiyon analizi ve elementel analiz incelemesi yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca korozyon özellikleri sıcak korozyon çalışmaları ile tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the Stellite 21 super alloy was produced with the synthesis method supported by electric flow, using the powder mixture obtained after homogeneous mixture, prepared in the appropriate composition. Heat processing was then applied to improve the properties of samples such as hardness, strength and high temperature characteristics. The manufactured material is determined by an electron microscope that scans microbuilding images; phase analysis, x-rays diffraction analysis and elementary analysis study method. The corrosion characteristics have also been detected by hot corrosion studies.
