Abstract:

Düşünce tarihi boyunca insanın vahdeti araması ve ona ulaşması ile ilgili kurucu metin olarak nitelenen çok sayıda eser yazılmıştır. İnsan varlığının temel iki yönü, madde ve ruha ait farklı hal ve yönelimler, edebi metinlerin en başta gelen konularındandır. Vahdete vasıl olma kurucu dinî, tasavvufî ve felsefî metinler kadar, edebî metinlerde de değişik tür ve şekillerde yer alır. Şark-İslam kültürüne ait kurucu edebî metinlerde insanın vahdeti arayışı somut, soyut ya da alegorik anlatımların şekillendirdiği olay örgüleri içinde anlatılır. Vahdeti arama yolculuğu, akıl ve sezgi başta olmak üzere, işlevsel iki ayrı manevî güç olarak edebî metinlerde yer alır. Bu çalışmada İbn-i Tufeyl’in Hay bin Yakzan’ı, Feridüddin Attar’ın Mantıku’t Tayr’ı ve Edirneli Şahidî’nin Anadolu’da yazılan ilk ve en uzun Leyla vü Mecnun (Gülşen-i Uşşak) Mesnevisi ile insanın vahdeti araması üzerine bir değerlendirme yapmak esas hedeftir. Çalışmada yer alan üç eserle insanın vahdet arayışını akıl, araştırma, aşktan kaynaklanan gerekçeler veya metafizik yolculuklar üzerinden farklı tasavvufî ve felsefî görüşlerle destekleyerek belli sonuçlara ulaşma amacını ortaya koyulmaktadır.

Abstract:

Through the history of thought, a great number of works have been written that will be described as the founding text of the human seeking unity of existence and achieving it. The two main aspects of human existence, different states and orientations of matter and spirit are among the primary topics of literary texts. Unity of existence takes place in different types and forms in literary texts as well as founding religious, mystical and philosophical texts. In the founding literary texts of the Orient-Islamic culture, the search for human cruelty is narrated in plots formed by concrete, abstract or allegorical expressions. The journey of seeking unity of existence takes place in literary texts as two distinct functional spiritual forces, primarily mind and intuition. In this study, Ibn Tufeyl's Hay bin Yakzan, Feriduddin Attar's Mantıku't Tayr and Edirneli Şahidî's first and longest Leyla and Mecnun (Gülşen-i Uşak) Masnavi and the unity of existence of man the main goal is to make an assessment on the search. With the three works in the study reveal the purpose of achieving certain conclusions by supporting people’s search for unity of existence with different mystical and philosophical views through reason, research, reasons of love or metaphysical journeys.
