An important part of the society considers violence against health workers as a method of seeking rights, approves violence and is pleased with these events. Violence is the most affected by the negative discourse and attitude of the media and the politicians against the health workers. From this point of view, the main problem of our research is that the society's view of increasing violence in health, its relations with violence, the causes of violence and the prevention of violence can be done. Being healthy is one of the main providers of human happiness. Someone whose health deteriorates needs support from health workers. Considering that physicians are at the center of the relationship between diagnosis and treatment, patients have to face doctors frequently. The communicative factors begin before the medical relationship in the patient. If the medical experience is based on patient satisfaction, the presence of communicative success cannot be excluded. The desire of the physician to determine his own privacy is one of the fundamental rights of the patient. Nowadays, it is seen that violence has a continuous tendency to increase. According to a report published by the International Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, violence is the leading cause of occupational injuries and deaths. Working in a healthy and safe environment has a positive effect on the working efficiency of employees; increase the quality of the work done. Thus, the continuity of the work will be achieved. In addition, lack of occupational health and safety policies for some institutions may lead to an increase in negative behaviors towards employees. The health institutions with a large number of working groups are among the business areas with the highest number of violent incidents.
