Abstract:

Ground assembly projects have many benefits, including transportation to parcels, the efficient use of water resources, the combination of parcels, the reduction of the costs of water and drainage projects. In the framework of this study, the work of socialization located on the left coast of the Bafra Ovası was discussed. The construction work in this area of irrigation and drainage was projected and drawn out in 1996 without collectivity. However, before the work began, this area was taken into the scope of land collectivity, the entire irrigation and drainage network was re-revised and the project was made suitable for collectivity. The study examined performance criteria such as the irrigation rate, the irrigation rate, the irrigation and drainage intensity, and the privatization costs of the irrigation network in non-socialized and socialized conditions. In the case of land uncollectivity, the irrigation rate is estimated to be 27%, the number of parcels will be 1315, the irrigation and drainage intensity will be 23.79 m/ha and 24.53 m/ha respectively. With the construction of the hydration and drainage network, the hydration rate was 95.84, the number of parcels was 616 and the cumulation rate was 53%. The hydration and drainage intensity was respectively 36.88 m/ha and 39.98 m/ha. In the event of the construction of the irrigation and drainage system without the collectivization, the construction of the irrigation and drainage channels will require the privatization of approximately 115 square areas. Water and drainage construction work must necessarily be done together with socialization projects. The project will be re-revised and re-assemblyed to provide the expected benefit from the projects.
