Abstract:

This research is a quality study based on the examination of the document. In Turkey, he intended to reveal the theses and articles made between 2000-2022, which focused on the use of pedals in the piano, which could be used in the piano training and pedal technique. In this regard, "What are the thesis and article studies on the pedal technique in the piano training in Turkey between 2000-2022 years?" Reply to the question, the data obtained by the document review in the research was solved using the "betimical analysis" method. In the framework of the research in Turkey between 2000-2022 13 theses and article studies have been identified. These sources have been found that there are 4 master theses, 1 qualification thesis in art and 8 articles. The master's theses were studied at 5 different universities, the articles were more published in international magazines, and the national magazine was published only one magazine. The studies have been found to be discussed in the context of "the use of pedals in the piano" in terms of "piano training" and "piano execution". The methods of resources are qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods, the most document analysis method in the sources, followed by the survey, scale and semi-configured form of conversation. Some studies have found that the methods are not included, while some have found that the methods are not detailed and clearly discussed. Documents analysis studies have found that the data analysis techniques are not specified, the most visual analysis techniques in other studies have been used, the least content analysis techniques have been used.
