Abstract:

8 to 10 months old dogs were used. The animals were divided into two equal groups for testing and control. Both groups were fed with 0.2% cholesterol for 16 days. On the 10th day of this period, plasma cholesterol levels increased about 4 times in both groups. This increase did not lead to any disorder in the alyva membranes in both groups. After the 10th day of this 16-day period for 6 days, the test group was mixed with 200 grams of flour oil each day in addition to the same diet, while 50 μl of flour oil was eaten, while the control group's diet was added only the same amount of flour.
