Abstract:

Post-truth studies are mostly related to what the concept is, and the concept has become more related to the analysis of examples of events. In this study, along with digitalization, it appears that it is necessary to determine its epistemic characteristics by evaluating the conceptual dimensions of post-truth. Based on this reason, the study aims to advance an epistemic approach to the conceptual context of post-truth speech and to investigate the effects of post-truth on digital diplomacy. A different study of the concept was conducted to try to present epistemic approaches to how post-truth thought can be explained in the conceptual context. In addition, the concept of digital diplomacy has been explained, the impact of post-truth on digital diplomacy. The reviews have found that the post-truth concept is epistemologically still problematic and that digital diplomacy is also an important tester.
