Today's strong competitive environment prompts businesses to question the factors necessary to be effective in resource use and to obtain maximum benefit. It is very important that the human resources, which have a great importance in the structure of the organization, are happy where they work, love their job and are satisfied with their job. In this context, it is aimed to examine how the organizational climate, which can be felt in the entire atmosphere of the organization and which has a determination on the attitudes and behaviors of the employees, is perceived by the employees and its relation with job satisfaction. Accordingly, data were collected from the participants, consisting of 144 employees of a private bank, using a survey technique. The data obtained were analyzed with the necessary statistical methods. As a result of the analyzes, it has been determined that the organizational climate positively and significantly affects the job satisfaction of the employees.
