Bu çalışma, XIX. Yüzyıl’ın ilk yarısında Kafkasya’daki en üst askeri ve idari mercii olan Müstakil Kafkasya Kolordusu’nun resmî yayın organı Tiflisskiye Vedomosti gazetesinin kuruluşu ve yayın faaliyetlerini ihtiva etmektedir. Bu gazetede yer alan yazılardan Rusya’nın Kafkasya’da izlediği siyaseti görmek mümkündür. Rusya’nın İran ve özellikle Osmanlı Devleti aleyhine izlediği askeri ve siyasi faaliyetler bu gazetede haber olarak yayınlanmıştır. Bunun yanı sıra Tiflisskiye Vedomosti’de Rusya’nın Kafkas halklarını tanımak için onların tarihi, kültürü, gelenek ve görenekleri hakkında çok sayıda yazı kaleme alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada gazetenin tüm sayıları taranarak konularına göre tasnif edilip özellikle Kafkas halklarının tarihi ve kültürü hakkında yayınlanan yazılar değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca 1828-1829 Osmanlı-Rus Savaşı’yla ilgili cepheden gönderilen haberler de incelenmiştir.
This is the XIX. In the first half of the century, the official broadcasting body of the Special Caucasian Colour, the highest military and administrative mercy in the Caucasus, includes the organization and broadcasting activities of the Tiflisskiye Vedomosti newspaper. From the articles in this newspaper, it is possible to see the politics that Russia has followed in the Caucasus. Russia’s military and political activities against Iran and the Ottoman State are published in this newspaper as news. In addition, in the Tbilisi Vedomosti, a large number of articles on their history, culture, traditions and traditions were taken to recognize the people of the Caucasus of Russia. In this study, all the numbers of the newspaper were scaned and classified according to themes and published articles, especially about the history and culture of the people of the Caucasus. The news from the front on the 1828-1829 Ottoman-Russian War was also studied.
This study is on the establishment and publication of the Tiflisskiye Vedomosti newspaper, the official publication of the Independent Caucasus Corps (Müstakil Kafkasya Kolordusu) which was the highest military-administrative authority in the Caucasus in the first half of the 19th century. It is possible to see the politics of Russia in the Caucasus from the articles in this newspaper. Russia's military and political activities against Iran and especially the Ottoman Empire were published in this newspaper as news. esides, many pieces on the history, culture, traditions and customs of the Caucasian peoples have been written in Tiflisskiye Vedomosti for Russia to get to know them. In this study, all the issues of the newspaper were reviewed and classified according to their subjects and especially the writings about the history and culture of the Caucasian peoples were evaluated. In addition, news sent from the front about the Ottoman-Russian War of 1828-1829 were examined.
