Uluslararası göç başta ekonomi olmak üzere birçok alanda çeşitli etkiler yaratan bir olgudur. Özellikle işsizlik ve enflasyon uluslararası göçün etkilediği ekonomik kavramlardandır. Günümüzde önemli bir yere sahip olan işsizlik ve enflasyon kavramları birçok araştırmaya konu olmuştur. Bu bağlamda uluslararası göçün de bu ekonomik göstergeler üzerindeki etkisinin araştırılması önem arz etmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın amacı uluslararası göçün işsizlik ve enflasyon üzerinde nasıl bir etki yaratacağını araştırmaktır. Bu çalışmada, göç alan 13 ülke için 1996-2019 yılları verileri ile uluslararası göçün işsizlik ve enflasyon üzerine etkisi dinamik panel veri yöntemiyle tahmin edilmiştir. Analizler sonucu panel genelinde elde edilen bulgulara göre, uluslararası göç işsizlik üzerinde herhangi bir etki yaratmaz iken enflasyonu azaltıcı yönde etki meydana getirmektedir. Ülkeler tek tek değerlendirildiğinde ise sonuçlar ülke bazında farklılıklar arz etmektedir.
International migration is a phenomenon that creates various effect in many fields, especially in the economy. In Particular, unemployment and inflation are among the economic concepts that international migration affects. The concepts of unemployment and inflation, which have an important place today, have been the subject of many researches, İn this context, it is important to investigate the effects of international migration on these economic indicators. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the effect of international migration on unemployment and inflation. In this study, the effect of international migration on unemployment and inflation was estimated by dinamic panel data method with the data of 1996-2019 for 13 countries that received immigration. Acording to the findings obtained throughout the panel as a result of the analyzes, while international migration does not have any effect on unemployment, it has reducing effect on inflation. When the countries are evaluated one by one, the results Show differences on a country basis.
