Abstract:

In recent years, it is known that the impact of pesticides used in agriculture has been reduced in the population of wild and managed bees. Acetamiprid active ingredient plant protection products are widely used in the fight against harmful insects in the six-covered cultivation. However, these products have a negative impact on beneficial insects, such as Bombus terrestris bees, which are used for pollution in greenhouses, as well as target damage. This study was carried out with the aim of determining the impact of acetamipridin (Afitrid (SP)) B. terrestris in the colonies on critical characteristics directly related to the pollution performance of the colony, such as the production of adult individuals, the increase in the colony population and the colony life. Micro colonies were fed for six weeks with different sugar syrups containing the recommended dose of acetamiprid (30 grams / 100 liters of water) in different proportions (0-control, 1/1000, 1/100, 1/10 and 1/1). The results showed that acetamipridine B. terrestris has a significant impact on the working bee death, ovulation performance, the duration of the egg and larva period, the number and weight of the adult individual produced.
