Spontan dalak rüptürü dalak yapısını normal olduğu durumlarda gebelikde nadir görülen bir durumdur. Gebelikde spontan dalak rüptürü tanısı bulgu ve belirtilerin uterus rüptürü, dekolman plasenta gibi obstetrik aciller ile karışabilmesi nedeniyle oldukça zordur. Erken tanı ve agresif cerrahi müdahale optimum maternal ve perinatal sonuçlar sağlayacaktır. Bu olgu sunumunda gebelikte nadir görülen bir durum olan spontan dalak rüptürünün tanısı zor hayati risk arz eden bir durum olduğuna dikkat çekmek istedik.
Spontaneous wave ruptura is a rare condition in pregnancy in cases where the wave structure is normal. Diagnosis of spontaneous wave rhinitis in pregnancy is quite difficult because the findings and symptoms can be mixed with obstetric emergencies such as uterus rhinitis, decolman plasenta. Early diagnosis and aggressive surgical intervention will provide optimal maternal and perinatal results. In the presentation of this fact, we wanted to note that the diagnosis of spontaneous rhinitis, which is a rare condition in pregnancy, is a life-risk situation.
